What a nice Saturday. Months ago my daughter asked if after 4 years of asking she could finally go with her friend to watch her cheer competition in Wisconsin Dells. Her dad and I finally said ok. So this Saturday instead of waking up at the crack of dawn to go to a band concert we were able to sleep in a little. That was a nice change. We also missed having to go in the afternoon to a choir concert in the opposite direction of the band! To top it off we didn’t win going to State for the History Fair a few weeks ago and State would have been today. When I said yes I guess I had missed putting a few things on the calendar, but life goes on and she is having a blast with her friend. My other children still had things to do but just taking all the other things off our plate today made it more relaxing. Chloe had her driving lesson, but unfortunately she isn’t feeling well so we canceled that. Dustin is going to turn in his Eagle paperwork, hopefully today if he can get it in before work and I am looking forward to Haley coming home and telling us about all her fun and celebrating her birthday. Then quickly getting ready for another couple busy weeks of school and activities before we get to head into Spring Break.
